- A Reform candidate, Corey Edwards, has apologised after a photograph appearing to show him performing a Nazi salute emerged online.
- The image surfaced hours after Mr Edwards was announced as Reform's lead candidate for Pen-y-Bont Bro Morgannwg in the Welsh Senedd elections.
- Mr Edwards stated the photo was taken 'many years ago' and that he was imitating a Welsh footballer or Basil Fawlty, not making light of the 'barbaric' Nazi regime.
- Opposition parties, including Plaid Cymru, condemned the photograph and questioned Reform's candidate vetting process.
- Reform UK Wales defended Mr Edwards, stating they are 'not willing to write people off forever because of mistakes they made when they were young people'.
