Portland Timbers manager Marti Cifuentes is confident his club will be able to replace Rangers-bound Kevin Kelsy and come out of the window stronger.

The Venezuelan striker, 22, is poised to complete a £9million move to Ibrox from the MLS side after the club sought a replacement for Youssef Chermiti, who is out for most of the season ahead.
