What Oleksandr Zinchenko did after Man City won Champions League that angered Arsenal fans

Manchester City became the sixth English team to become champions of Europe, defeating Inter Milan 1-0 in Saturday's UEFA Champions League final.

Rodri's second-half finish meant the Citizens completed a historic treble after being crowned Premier League champions last month before they clinched the FA Cup following a 2-1 victory over local rivals Manchester United in last week's Wembley showpiece.

Last night's win in Istanbul, the first Champions League Pep Guardiola has won in 12 years, received support from Arsenal star Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Zinchenko spent six years at the Etihad Stadium before joining the Gunners last summer and the 26-year-old took to social media to show his support for his former side. The Ukrainian international reposted City's Instagram post on them being champions of Europe, including the clapping hands emoji to show his old club some love.

But some Arsenal fans were less than impressed, questioning the left-back's decision considering Mikel Arteta's side were locked in an intense battle with City for the Premier League title this season, ultimately finishing five points behind Guardiola and Co. Here is what a select few supporters said on Twitter following Zinchenko's post.

@AFC_Alexxx : "nah zinny man."
