Despite her recent love affair with the soft and bronzy 'Latte makeup' trend, Hailey Bieber's 'strawberry girl' summer look is all about the blush.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, the Rhode founder shared a dreamy carousel of summery snaps, in all of which, she was rocking a pink, dewy flush and a glossy lip—and even in one picture, a strawberry Rhode sticker. Clearly taking inspo from the berry-red fruit, Hailey then declared that she was in her 'strawberry girl' era and naturally, we're dying to recreate her latest, lived-in makeup look.
So, grab your fave face sunscreens and best non-comedogenic foundations as we break down what products to use to achieve Hailey's rosy glazed look...
Hailey Bieber's 'strawberry girl' makeup
While sporting a pair of gold Bottega earrings (the latest designer entry to Hailey Bieber's earring collection) the model kept her makeup very natural and glowy but with a wash of pink across her cheeks, a hint of mascara and finished with a tinted, glossy lip.
She kept her base very sheer, but we should point out that Hailey's skin is almost impossibly clear (like seriously, how?!), so you can of course adapt this look to whatever coverage you're most comfortable with. We'd recommend the combo of e.l.f's Halo Glow underneath Armani's Luminous Silk foundation for a radiant, but medium coverage effect.
Now when it comes to Hailey Bieber's makeup products, we know she's a fan of cream blushes, which she applies to her cheeks with her ring finger for a soft finish. She also likes to mix her blushes with her Rhode Glazing Peptide Fluid for a super sheer, sunkissed look.

So, if you're looking to recreate Hails' strawberry moment, we'd suggest opting for a skin tint or glowy foundation, before curling your lashes and either applying mascara—Hailey's fave is Milk's Kush mascara—or opting for our beauty editor's go-to Vaseline lash trick.
Then apply your cream blush (preferably a pink or pinky red) to your cheeks, before swiping on either a rosy-tinted lip balm or lip liner, topped with gloss.
This flushed look can be adapted to whatever coverage you prefer, but we'd suggest keeping it light, so that your natural skin texture glows through your blush, for that effortless vibe.
