Philanthropist Susan Dell, who is married to Dell Technologies CEO Michael Dell, joined President Donald Trump in the Oval Office on 7 October to promote Trump Accounts.

Some social media users subsequently compared photographs of Dell from different periods and speculated about changes in her appearance.
