What is TG Jones and why is WH Smith changing its name?

WH Smith TG Jones Modella Capital WHSmith Hobbycraft TGJones

In a deal worth £76 million, WH Smith has agreed to sell its UK high street chain to Modella Capital, the owner of Hobbycraft, and change its name to TGJones.

WH Smith's travel outlets, including stores in train stations and airports, are not included in the sale.
