LONDON: Andy Burnham's return to parliament has made the Greater Manchester mayor the frontrunner to succeed Keir Starmer as prime minister, and with him comes "Manchesterism", his vision for Britain.
Burnham won a by-election in the northern English constituency of Makerfield after nearly a decade outside Westminster as mayor of Greater Manchester, one of Britain's biggest cities.
