A federal judge has ordered the White House to restore press credentials for journalists from CNN, Politico, and MS NOW, temporarily reversing President Donald Trump's decision to bar the three news organisations from the White House.
US District Judge Timothy Kelly issued a 14-day temporary restraining order on 24 September, requiring the government to return, reinstate, and restore the journalists' credentials while the legal challenge continues. Kelly found that the reporters were likely deprived of a constitutionally protected interest without adequate due process.
