Instead of only confirming the shooting, White described what he says happened before and after the incident, claiming a group confronted him over comments he had made in the past. He also announced that he plans to contact the FBI, while making several explosive remarks involving J Prince during the stream.

Charleston White says people wanted him to apologize before shots were fired
One of the first accounts of the incident came from X user @SaycheeseDGTL , who claimed White had been spending around three hours in Houston's Fifth Ward before a group approached him. According to the post, the men asked him to apologize for things he had previously said. It also stated that shots were fired but that White escaped without injuries.
