It is just about time for Britain's most valuable horse racing meeting, Royal Ascot.

Attention will be turning to the Berkshire racecourse this week, with the first race going off on Tuesday afternoon.

Racing fans won't have to wait too long for some top-quality actions, with the Queen Anne Stakes setting off on the first day of the prestigious meeting.

Baaeed is the heavy favourite as it stands with Stradivarius looking to have another go at equaling history after falling short of a fourth straight win in the Ascot Gold cup last time out.

Yeats is the only horse to have won the race four times, but plenty will be hoping Stradivarius matched that impressive record when the Cup race goes off on Thursday afternoon.
