Chelsea supporters from around the world would have likely had a keen interest in the England vs Ukraine 2024 qualifier on Sunday evening. Not only were Ben Chilwell and Mykhailo Mudryk both in action, but several of the Blues' summer transfer targets were also given another opportunity to impress.
Chilwell was making his first appearance for England since November 15, 2021 after a torrid few seasons with injuries. Mudryk was also in action at Wembley Stadium playing for his national team for the first time since completing a £62million transfer to Chelsea in the January transfer window.
Jude Bellingham, Declan Rice, Ivan Toney and Harry Kane were also a few players to watch but not because of direct association to Chelsea. Instead, the quartet are all possible transfer targets for Todd Boehly and Graham Potter in the summer, with a central midfielder and striker high on the priority list.

All four appeared to some extent for the Three Lions with Kane on the score sheet while Bellingham put in a dominating display, four days after Rice did so against Italy - which included grabbing his third goal for England.
As for the Chelsea representatives, Chilwell helped his side keep a clean sheet, but for Mudryk it was a disappointing performance which saw him withdrawn just past the hour mark. The duo clashing wasn't the only battle of two players on the same Premier League time coming to blows with Everton's Jordan Pickford and Vitalii Mykolenko lining up against each other along with Arsenal stars Bukayo Saka and Oleksandr Zinchenko.
At full time, the two Gunners were captured in conversation while Chilwell and Mudryk were also caught speaking after the referee's final whistle. Chilwell waited for his club teammate before the duo departed down the tunnel after Mudryk had applauded the Ukraine fans.
Chilwell and Mudryk could heavily impact each others' careers at Stamford Bridge, with both being played on the left. In the away victory against Leicester, Chilwell and Mudryk were both on top form as the duo each contributed to two of the goals in the 3-1 triumph at King Power Stadium.
