Arsenal defender William Saliba has already revealed that he and France superstar Kylian Mbappe are 'good friends' amid the rumours around the latter's future at Paris-Saint Germain.
According to MARCA, the 23-year-old wants to leave PSG as early as January because there's been a complete breakdown in relations between club and player. The report adds that he already asked to leave in July but this time there is no changing his mind.
PSG have already agreed to 'collaborate' a move under certain conditions. The main one, perhaps unsurprisingly, is that they don't want him to move to Real Madrid. Liverpool, who are said to have already tried this year, could be a potential destination - though whether they would be able to afford his transfer fee and wages is another matter.

If the rumours are true, the biggest clubs in Europe are going to be queuing up to sign the superstar. Whilst many won't be able to afford a fee and extortionate wage package, supporters will be visualising what their club looks like with Mbappe across their forward line.
Mbappe to Arsenal is an unlikely possibility. Nevertheless, Gunners fans would love to see him lineup alongside compatriot Saliba in red and white one day, especially after the defender admitted that the two get along very well.
In an interview with Sky Sports before the North London Derby last month, the Arsenal centre-back said: "Yeah, we are good friends. We're from the same city." He was then asked if they speak a lot at the moment, to which Saliba replied: "No, not a lot. He does his job, I do my job. When I see him in the national team, I speak with him."
Mbappe would certainly be a statement signing, though the reality is the chances of him moving to north London is slim. That being said, stranger things have happened, so Arsenal supporters should hold onto a glimmer of hope at least.
