A number of Manchester United supporters believe the club have missed an opportunity to strengthen their midfield options by not turning to Brighton ace Yves Bissouma.
According to a report by The Times, Tottenham Hotspur have struck a £25million agreement with Brighton to sign the Mali international on a five-year deal. He is scheduled to undergo a medical on Thursday ahead of completing the move.
Should all go according to plan, he will become Spurs' third signing of the summer, following on from the arrivals of experienced Croatia international Ivan Perisic and former Southampton and Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster. There is also a growing feeling that Middlesbrough wing-back Djed Spence will soon take their tally of summer recruits up to four.
