Spring Budget: What are the key benefit changes announced by Labour?

Labour revealed the extent of its welfare reforms ahead of the spring Budget as work and pensions secretary Liz Kendall delivered an announcement in Commons on the plans.

Taking to the stand, the minister said the welfare system is “failing the very people it is supposed to help and holding our country back”.
