On the polling day of Karnataka assembly elections, we caught up with voters and party workers at Raichur city constituency in Raichur, one of the most backward districts in the country. Most of the voters, across the age groups, said they reckon issues related to civic amenities, infrastructure and development as the deciding force for their vote. Some also underlined the issue of deepening communal divide.
