It remains to be seen if Ange Postecoglou has taken charge of his final game as Celtic boss amid talk of him becoming Tottenham's next manager. Making the move to the east end of Glasgow two years ago and guiding the Bhoys to the Scottish Premiership and Scottish League Cup in his first season in charge, the Australian went one better on Saturday evening as he guided his team to the treble.
Needing to beat Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the Scottish Cup final to complete the collection, Celtic ran out 3-1 winners at Hampden Park. Despite their triumph, which has seen the club set a new world record of eight domestic trebles, all the talk post-match was surrounding Postecoglou and his future.
Speaking to the media after the game, Celtic defender Carl Starfelt was asked about his manager and what his message to the team was after their success. With everyone keen to know whether it was a farewell from the 57-year-old, the Swede outlined that it didn't sound like a goodbye as he told the players and staff just how proud he is of them after etching their name into the history books following their treble triumph.

“He is a really good manager and is really important for Celtic," said Starfelt, as reported by Football Scotland. "Whatever happens, I have no idea. We will just wait and see. I guess he is really proud of this season.
“He said how proud he is of everyone: the staff, the players. That was the main message. If anyone knows how hard we’ve been working… it’s not only the games, it’s coming into training everyday with a big focus and desire.
“Everyone sees the games but that’s what needed if you want to win things. He is really proud that we have won."
When pressed if Postecoglou's message sounded like a farewell, the Celtic ace added: ”No, absolutely not. But we will wait to see.”
