A sensitive report on sexual harassment, bullying and safety at the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service's northern NSW operation has been in the hands of the Minns government for three weeks, a source says.
The government said last week it hadn't received the report, which is a key political issue over whether the rescue service will get a taxpayer-funded five-year contract to continue its operations next year.
