A much-loved zoo in West Lothian has announced the new arrival of one of the world's smallest cat species.
Five Sisters Zoo has given a first look at the rusty-spotted cat kitten that was born just four weeks ago.
Rusty-spotted cats are one of the smallest cat species with new born kittens just weighting between 60-77kg. The zoo believes this is the first time one has been born in Scotland.

The kitten was born to first-time mum Nainika who has been taking care of her newborn.
As a protected species native to India and Sri Lanka, the rusty-spotted cat is currently classified as Near Threatened by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
Taking to social media, the Five Sisters Zoo said: "We are absolutely thrilled to announce the birth of a rusty-spotted cat kitten here at Five Sisters Zoo! The little one arrived four weeks ago to first-time mum Nainika.
"Rusty-spotted cats are one of the smallest cat species on earth, with newborn kittens weighing between 60-77g. They are listed by the IUCN as near threatened and we believe this to be the first ever born in Scotland."
