West Lothian’s top two sides are set to meet next month at the Tony Macaroni Arena as Livingston will face Linlithgow Rose in a pre-season friendly.
Priced at £5 for adults and concessions and free for under-16s, the Premiership outfit will host Gordon Herd’s sixth tier East of Scotland Premier Division side.
It will be Livi’s final pre-season friendly before their 2022/23 season gets underway four days later with a trip to face Albion Rovers in the League Cup.
They face Greenock Morton in a friendly on July 2 and are hoping to arrange fixtures for their week-long summer training camp in Spain, which begins on Wednesday.
Fresh off a double cup-winning season in the East of Scotland, the Rose announced seven new signings last night, as well as contract extensions for key trio Alan Docherty, Alan Sneddon and Callum Bremner.
