East Lothian man taken to hospital after motorbike smash on quiet road

West Lothian Royal Infirmary Edinburgh Prestonpans

An East Lothian man has been taken to hospital after a crash involving a motorbike and a van.

The 55-year-old motorcyclist was involved in the incident on Tuesday evening. Emergency services rushed to the scene on Johnie Cope's Road just after 5pm.

Police have confirmed the man was taken to the Royal Infirmary. His condition is currently unknown.
