Mohamed Kudus misses out for West Ham today against Sheffield United.
Kudus, a £38million signing from Ajax this summer, started the Carabao Cup victory over Lincoln on Wednesday night having opened his scoring account in the previous week’s Europa League triumph against Backa Topola.
In the league, the Ghanaian has been limited to substitute appearances thus far but after games against Liverpool and Manchester City.
The Scot has a refreshed squad to choose from after leaving a host of key players at home as his side made the trip to Lincoln in midweek. James Ward-Prowse, Kurt Zouma, Emerson Palmieri, Jarrod Bowen, Lucas Paqueta, Michail Antonio and Alphonse Areola all sat out that fixture.
The Hammers have an almost entirely clean bill of health, with left-back Aaron Cresswell the only player currently sidelined by injury.
“He’s had a bit of a hamstring injury and he’s not ready yet but he’s coming along nicely,” Moyes explained.
