West Ham women have a challenging start to their Women’s Super League campaign this season with a tricky away day against last year’s champions Chelsea.
Paul Konchesky’s team will be hoping to avenge a 2-0 defeat in the corresponding fixture last season, with Emma Hayes Blues also knocking the Hammers out of the FA WSL Cup at the quarter-final stage. West Ham women has so far signed Lisa Evans on a permanent transfer after a successful loan spell from Arsenal last season, with Konchesky also raiding the Gunners to sign 17-year-old hot prospect Alex Hennessy.
