West Ham's former technical director urges David Moyes to sign Fiorentina star in January

David Moyes West Ham Fiorentina EPL Nikola Milenkovic Kurt Zouma Arsenal Chelsea East London Hammers

A former West Ham technical director has told David Moyes to sign Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic.

The Hammers currently sit 16th in the Premier League with 14 points from 15 games but their defence has been relatively strong this season. The east London outfit have conceded 17 goals so far, the joint fourth-best record in the division, it's more that their offence has failed to fire - with 12 goals to date.

However, centre-backs Kurt Zouma and summer signing Nayef Aguerd have been struck down by injuries this term, Craig Dawson has been linked with a move away from the club and Angelo Ogbonna is out of contract next summer.
