West Ham 2022/2023 Premier League fixtures in full: Man City opener, festive London derbies

West Ham’s Premier League fixtures have been revealed for the 2022/2023 season.

The Hammers kick off the campaign by hosting the Premier League Champions Manchester City on August 7 before travelling to Nottingham to play against newly promoted Nottingham Forest in the first away game of the season. The first month of the season will see David Moyes’ men also embark on a run against Brighton and Aston Villa before playing against London rivals Spurs on August 30.

The fixtures over the festive period have been reduced due to the World Cup that takes place in November, but the last game before the international competition takes place will see West Ham host Leicester City. The Hammers will then return on Boxing Day with an away trip to the Emirates Stadium to play against Arsenal. The London derbies will continue on New Year’s Eve as Brentford will visit the London stadium.

Moyes’ side will also be relatively happy with what looks to be quite a kind run-in. Following the visit of Manchester United on May 6, West Ham finish the season with three matches against Brentford, Leeds United and Leicester City. But after a disappointing end to last season, the Hammers will be sure not to take anything for granted.
