A Welsh council has warned that it will use legal action against an English company which it says is using their logo without permission.
Ceredigion Council is warning residents in the county to be aware of an energy efficiency installer called iEnergy Ltd. The company is based in Birmingham and has been using the council’s logo to promote the availability of grant funding for household energy efficiency measures through sponsored adverts on Facebook.
