The two day festival on May 6 and 7 is a mix of all things health and wellness including meditations, pilates, workouts and food stalls. There is also a WellKids area for children to enjoy the fun of the day.
There will be over 150 health and wellbeing expects at the festival including one of London’s top personal trainers Faisal Abdalla, fitness coach and lifestyle influencer Niamh Cullen, and personal trainer and influencer Maeve Madden.
The festival is coming to Ireland for its eighth year. Roz said: “It is always such a fun weekend, with so many different talks and classes to pick from, great food and atmosphere.
I love being there as a presenter but also as a WellFester - getting to enjoy everything that’s on offer too! I always come away feeling extremely motivated with bags full of snacks and goodies! The Hike Life (THL) will have a pop up shop on site, for WellFesters to come, shop and learn about THL community. I will also be hosting a hiking specific panel for anyone looking to get into hiking.”
WellFest will be new and improved this year with the festival organisers saying: "We have some exciting new things coming this year, including an improved food experience, more cooking demonstrations and a bigger emphasis on mindfulness sessions."
Whether you are into intense workouts, slower movements, cooking healthy or just want to practise being more mindful in your every day life then WellFest is for you.
Tickets are €63 for day admission and €80 - €89 for weekend tickets. You can find all information and book tickets for the event here.
