NEW DELHI: The Indian T20 World Cup-winning captain Rohit Sharma made a surprising appearance at Wimbledon with the Friday fixtures lining up semi-final matches featuring Carlos Alcaraz against Daniil Medvedev, and Novak Djokovic against Lorenzo Musetti.

Rohit's visit to the iconic Centre Court came during his vacation in London, following his recent triumph of leading the Indian team to their first T20 World Cup title in 17 years.
