Jillian Lauren Weezer Police Scott Shriner Los Angeles

Weezer bassist Scott Shriner’s wife, Jillian Lauren, was shot and injured by Los Angeles police and arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly pointing a gun at officers from outside her house.

Lauren, 51, had injuries that were not life threatening after the shooting in the north-east Los Angeles neighborhood of Eagle Rock, the Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement.
