Weather: Met Office warns of London ‘cold plunge’ after warm spell

Forecasters are warning Brits could be in for a “cold plunge” soon after hotter temperatures and bright sunshine welcomed in spring across much of the UK.

Met Office meteorologist Alex Deakin said snow is possible in Scotland and there are particularly cold nights ahead.
