While the start of the weekend saw Greater Manchester experience plenty of sun and warm temperatures, it will unfortunately not continue into Sunday.
Today will be marked by a noticeable absence of the sun with an increase in dark clouds blanketing the sky for the majority of the afternoon and evening. Temperatures will also be significantly lower throughout the day compared to yesterday and the rest of the week.
According to the Met Office: "A cloudy and wet morning for many, though the rain should be mostly light. It will turn drier this afternoon as the rain clears southwards, though it will remain cloudy and cool with a few spots of rain lingering. Maximum temperature 13 °C."
