'We want you home’: Family of missing UMD student Dilan Ashar appeals for help as search enters 5th day

The family of 22-year-old University of Maryland student Dilan Shaan Ashar has made an emotional appeal for help as authorities continue searching for him, days after he disappeared from the university campus. "Dilan, we love you so much and we hope you are safe. We want you home," said his mother in the recorded video message released through the University of Maryland Police Department, urging students and members of the community to share his photographs and look for any information that could help locate him.
