Clissman Horse Carriages in County Wicklow has transformed itself into a spookily festive pumpkin patch and Halloween visitor experience for October 2022.
Located under an hour's drive from Dublin, those visiting can expect a host of Halloween fun which includes donkeys, pumpkin picking, games, a spooky trail and much more.
We paid a visit to Neasa Clissman and co to have a look, and it filled us with all the Halloween spirit we could expect and then some.

Neasa, her husband Alan and their adorable two year old daughter Lena greeted us upon arrival before we headed into the pumpkin patch with wheelbarrow in hand.
Visitors can book to choose their pumpkins and carry them in a wheelbarrow, or you could go for the truly unique experience of having one of the friendly donkeys help you with your pumpkin carrying. We got a lovely donkey who went by the name of Jenny.
While the beautifully laid out pumpkin patch is the main attraction, what followed showed that there was plenty more here to attract visitors.
Making our way over to the spooky trail, we were about to embark on a journey that any child will find quite magic and exciting. The walk featured witches wagons, a band stand (with acts such as Dead Sheeran and The Rolling Bones) and a fairy forest. Have your phones at the ready, because everything is set up to be a playful backdrop for any photo.
Finally, there is the barn which has been transformed into a cafe and games area, featuring hay couches, tables and chairs, coffee, tea, pumpkin soup and games that will keep the kids entertained until the adults can no longer resist the urge to get involved.
Neasa explained to Dublin Live that those who book have an arrival time, but once they're there, there's no limit as to how much time they can spend enjoying everything to do.
Neasa's family and staff have done an excellent job in creating a truly enjoyable day out for all the family, using their wonderful creative flare to bring out the inner child in anyone who visits.
