The summer holidays are just around the corner and for many this will be their first big outing in years due to Covid.
However, whilst others may have already booked their holiday in advance, others enjoy booking last minute.
Most people do this because they might not want to risk not getting their money back or they may do it if they're after a cheap, last-minute deal.

There are multiple way to bag yourself a cheaper holiday and of course every penny save on flights and the accommodation can be money spent eating the local delicacies.
One holiday hack that people seem to swear by is the 'Google incognito' mode where people say it's knocked off money when booking flights or their hotel.
So we tried the Google incognito hack to see if it worked or not - and here's what happened...
easyJet
We first went with easyJet and tried to book a flight taking off from Edinburgh to Paris.
Departing on June 13 at 2:15pm and arriving back home a week later on June 20 at 11:10pm, the total cost took us to £240.36.
Using incognito mode, we entered the same information into Google and it came up with the exact same information.
Ryanair
Entering the same dates with a new airline, we opted to travel to Barcelona this time.
The flight to the sunny destination was set to cost £90.99 whilst the return cost £103.99 - the cheapest option that day.
Switching to incognito mode yet again, we entered the information and once again there was no price difference.
Virgin
Third time's a charm...
Travelling out on, yes you guessed it, June 21 and back on the 28th, we flew from the Capital to JFK Airport in the stunning Big Apple.
Opting for 'Economy Classic', we went ahead to book a flight which came to a total of £847.45.
Keeping our fingers crossed we would get a cheaper flight to see New York, we were yet again met with disappointment with the same price popping up during the same stay.
Jet2
Last but by no means least, Jet2.
Travelling with Jet2 to Naples in Italy, we tried to book flights for the same week as the rest however there the closest dates we could bag were from June 18 until June 25.
Nevertheless we set ourselves into spy mode went incognito with the total cost comping to £358.20. Broken down this would have cost an individual £269.10pp to fly out and an additional £89.10pp coming back home.
Using our normal browser it was set to cost us £269.10 there and £89.10 back meaning once again this didn't work.
Overall I think it's fair to say we were all a bit deflated we couldn't bag ourselves a cheaper holiday by using this simple trick but better safe than sorry.
