Liverpool are rumoured to be interested in signing Inter Milan star Nicolo Barella despite widespread reports that the Reds have concluded their summer business.

Liverpool have already confirmed the acquisitions of Calvin Ramsay, Fabio Carvalho and Darwin Nunez who will all provide an injection of exciting young talent into the squad. The Reds reluctantly parted ways with club legend Sadio Mane after the Senegalese international joined German giants Bayern Munich for a fee in the region of £35million.

Having missed out on Aurelien Tchouameni, who joined Real Madrid, Jurgen Klopp's side could be aiming to add another top star to their options in midfield this summer, with Jude Bellingham also being linked with a move to Anfield. According to reports, the Reds are interested in signing Nicolo Barella from Inter Milan for a huge fee ahead of next season.
