NEW DELHI: Following the 2-3 T20I series loss to the West Indies, India head coach Rahul Dravid emphasized on the need to strengthen the batting line-up.

Arshdeep Singh, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, and Mukesh Kumar made up India's long tail during the series. Axar Patel, an all-around spinner, batted at number seven.
