We asked Edinburgh locals how they feel about face masks remaining in Scotland

On Tuesday, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon confirmed that face coverings will remain mandatory in Scotland on public transport, as well as public indoor spaces.

The easing of face coverings has been extended by two weeks due to a surge in Covid cases caused by a sub-variant of Omicron.

Edinburgh Live spoke to locals around the city centre to find out what they made of the latest Covid restrictions update.
