Wayne Rooney takes aim at ‘immature’ defending in epic PSG vs Bayern Munich clash

PSG secured a narrow 5-4 victory over Bayern Munich in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday night.
Former Champions League winner Wayne Rooney heavily criticised the “immature” defending from both teams, despite the high-scoring match.
Rooney stated that coaches and players should not be happy after conceding so many goals, questioning the lack of communication and organisation in defence.
Fellow Champions League great Clarence Seedorf echoed Rooney's sentiments, dismissing Bayern manager Vincent Kompany's claims of good defending and emphasising the importance of defensive organisation.
Despite PSG's lead, Rooney believes Bayern Munich are still slight favourites for the second leg due to playing at home, but stressed the need for improved defending.
