Wayne Rooney has refused to rule out a move to bring former Liverpool forward Luis Suarez to DC United.
The former Everton forward returned to the United States earlier this week to take over the reins of the MLS outfit, just weeks after he resigned from his managerial role at Derby County, and has since been linked with a move for a whole host of players, including Suarez.
Suarez, who scored 82 times during his three-and-a-half-year spell at Liverpool, is currently a free agent after two seasons at Atletico Madrid, where he helped Diego Simeone's side claim their first La Liga title since 2014 as they reigned victorious in the 2020/21 season.
