Wayne Lineker promised his fans they were in for a treat on Tuesday night and he didn’t disappoint as he dressed up in drag to entertain club-goers in Ibiza.
The 61-year-old reality star turned heads as he donned a pair of thigh-high boots and a sparkly sequinned dress after the sun set on the Balearic Island.
Wayne also sported a striking blue wig, a cowboy hat and a lick of lipstick as he entertained crowds at Wi-Ki-Woo Hotel Ibiza.
The Celebs Go Dating star looked confident as he strutted around stage in heels and twerked to the sound of the ABBA classic song Dancing Queen in front of delighted fans and partygoers.
Wayne had teased his involvement at the club night ahead of his appearance by sharing details of the event via social media in the run up to his moment on stage.
He wrote on Tuesday: “Get yourselves down to @wikiwoo_ibiza for the truly tucked drag Cabaret 8pm till midnight.
“It’s going to full of surprises and believe me it’s not to be missed.”
He continued: “I will be there with host @tonytrumanibiza ..get ready for possibly the funniest thing you will see in ibiza this summer. Sure to dominate social media tomorrow … get your phones charged.”
Wayne shared footage from the night as he prepared to change into his sparkly ensemble and while professional drag performers entertained the audience.
He confessed: “Getting nervous now” as he uploaded footage of three drag queens dancing effortlessly in front of him.
Celebs Go Dating star Wayne then shared a video clip of himself in action; showing himself grabbing on to a male backing dancer before taking tentative steps across the dance floor in his statement boots. He then danced and twerked while the watching audience cheered for him.
Following his performance, and sharing the footage online, Wayne wrote: “NGL pulled it off” alongside a string of crying-with-laughter emojis.
More footage and images were shared online by Wayne’s friend, businessman Tony Truman. Tony wrote on Instagram: “Thank you to all my QUEENS last night @trusdosparties TRULY TUCKED @tucked.ibiza @wikiwoo_ibiza sooooo much fun.“
He added: “Never take yourself to seriously, we’re here for a good time not a long time.“
Snaps showed Wayne struggling to get his pleather boots on, and showed him gathering with other men in drag for a group photo.
One impressed fan was delighted by the snaps of Wayne in his get up and commented: “This is the best thing I have ever seen.”
