How are items shipped from Wayfair?
Wayfair has a number of delivery partners so the delivery method varies depending on what you're ordering. Couriers used include DHL, UPS, Hermes, Parcel Force, and DPD depending on your location. Items are divided between small parcel, large parcel doorstep, and large parcel - room of choice. The latter is for large pieces of furniture that must be taken into your home. Shipping is free for orders of £500 or more while the delivery fee is £4.99 for anything purchased under that price.
How does Wayfair Rewards work?
Wayfair Rewards is the store's paid perks scheme, which costs £20 per year and brings a number of benefits that will save you money on repeat orders. Membership gives you faster delivery free on all orders, plus access to members-only sales, early access to site-wide promotions, and perks like birthday bonuses. To top it all off, you'll also earn 5% back on all purchases as reward points which never expire and can be collected for discounts on future orders.
Is there a Wayfair app?
Customers can download the Wayfair app for free through the Google Play or Apple App store to shop and manage orders from their phone, including tracking incoming orders. You'll also get notifications when new price drops appear or out-of-stock items are restocked, plus access to a number of app-exclusive deals you won't find elsewhere.
Does Wayfair accept returns?
Should you decide you want to send an item back to Wayfair, you have 30 days to do so to receive a refund (100 days for mattresses covered by the 100-night trial). However, the store charges for returns shipping, with a choice of drop off or collection options for small (under 10kg) and large (10 - 25kg) orders. Prices vary from £4.99 to £9.99 for small parcels, and £20 to £50 for large parcels. For mattresses, returns cost £20 - £30 depending on the model.

Like many major retailers, Wayfair runs a number of big sales during key holiday periods including the likes of Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and more. You should also keep an eye out around the change of the seasons. Wayfair sales can bring prices down by as much as 80% (depending on how big they are and the products in question). Wait for Way Day
Much like Amazon Prime Day, Wayfair has its own sale to rival Black Friday in the form of Way Day. Way Day happens at the end of April and usually lasts for two days (despite the name). As part of the sale, there are limited-time flash sales and up to 80% off many products across the brand's range. In 2026, the event took place towards the end of April, and - for the very first time - spanned three days.
Open-box, Warehouse Clearance and Outlet
Wayfair has a warehouse clearance section, where it sells open-box items or stock it no longer wants at a significant discount, with prices lower by as much as 60% on the likes of beds, mattresses, rugs, sofas and more. Make sure to snap these deals up sooner rather than later, as they're only around whilst stocks last.

How to use Wayfair discount codes
- Pick the Wayfair promo code you wish to use and click "Get Code" to reveal it.
- Copy the code to your clipboard to use later on the Wayfair site.
- Go to your old tab, which will now have loaded the Wayfair website, and start shopping.
- Add the item(s) you wish to buy to your shopping cart, then log in to your account.
- Pick your delivery method, then under "Payment info", click "Add gift card/promo code".
- Paste your Wayfair discount code into this field, then click "Apply" to see the new price.
- Continue through the rest of the checkout process as normal to place your order.

You’ll see all applicable criteria listed in this area. For example, you may not meet a required minimum spend (i.e. spend £20 or more); you may not have enough times in your basket (e.g. you have only selected 2 products when trying to redeem a 3 for 2 multibuy offer), or your chosen offer may only apply to a certain type of product (i.e. 10% off laptops).
