The watchdog group Accountable.US filed a complaint Wednesday accusing RFK Jr. of voter fraud, a potential felony, when he cast his ballot in the 2024 presidential election.

The complaint comes just as the former presidential candidate is set to meet this week with senators ahead of his confirmation hearings to become President-elect Donald Trump’s pick to head Health and Human Services (HHS).
