A 64 year old woman hears abnormal sounds and when she went to the doctor everyone was taken aback. This case report has been published in the New England Journal of Medicine. "A 64-year-old woman presented with a 4-day history of incessant clicking and rustling sounds in her left ear. On examination, a small spider and its exoskeleton (shown in a video) were seen in the ear canal," the case report says.
