All-Pro Tennessee Titans defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons is not only one of the best players on the team, but he also happens to be one of the most vocal leaders.
Simmons is known for his constant trash-talking and physical style of play that can often get under an opponent’s skin. Thanks to the Titans’ social media team, we got to see and hear Simmons’ contagious energy, as he was mic’d up for Tennessee’s dominant 24-point victory over the Bengals.
Buy Titans TicketsPer usual, the Pro Bowl defender was a nuisance on the field, but he also showed a funnier side to his personality whenever he was on the sideline.
The most hilarious part of the video comes when Simmons tells Titans offensive coordinator Tim Kelly not to forget his play, presumably the one where he got to go in as a decoy blocker on Derrick Henry’s touchdown pass.

The Mississippi State product was noticeably ecstatic when he got to run on the field for an offensive play and rightly celebrated the beautiful play call after it successfully added six points on the board.
Simmons also made it known that he’s a fan of running back Tyjae Spears, stating, “that little [expletive] is good, we hit on him,” during a sideline conversation with Kyle Peko.
Seeing this side of Simmons was an awesome glimpse behind the curtain, so hopefully we get to see more of this type of content going forward.
