You can’t win a national championship in the offseason, but you sure can put the building blocks in place. The glory of being an Ohio State football player comes from running out of the tunnel and playing in front of over 100,000 fans in Ohio Stadium, but there’s hard work put in before it even gets to that point.
To that end, it sure looks like what should be one whale of a roster is putting in some sweat equity inside the weight room so far this offseason, at least according to a video shared by the Ohio State creative team this week.
For those that have played the game, you know how intense it can get in the weight room. And if not, the below video will at least give you a little taste of what goes into forming a team full of gristle and toughness before the bright lights go on during the season.

You can’t win with talent alone, and it looks like all of that talent is looking to make good on being a well rounded team by making things happen inside the strength and conditioning program.
