A video shot by a young woman whose day was immeasurably cheered up by a sweetie-loving Crow at Cork airport has become a smash hit on social media.
Abbie Cashman told CorkBeo she was feeling a little stressed when she was leaving Cork airport yesterday after clocking off her part-time job as a barista there.
What happened next was caught by her on video, shared on TikTok and has racked up over 1 million views worldwide (along with 300,000 or so 'likes') in less than 24 hours.

And the student, who hails from Co Clare but studies in UCC, told CorkBeo that it's all been: "a bit weird and crazy".
"I put up the video, went to bed and when I woke up it had just exploded," she said.
Her own TikTok account has blown up and she's made a lot of people happy around the world.
"I put up the video, went to bed and when I woke up it had just exploded," she said.Abbie explains what happened after she clocked off her shift at the airport yesterday and how the lovely guy driving the taxi - and the crow that seems to follow cabs at the airport on a regular basis - cheered her up.
"I finished work, got to the staff car park and my car had a flat tyre," she said.
"So I went to get the bus, and that was full up. I couldn't find a cab outside the terminal so I called one and it showed up. By this stage, I was having a pretty bad day, I saw the crow on the wing mirror when I was getting into the cab but I didn't think much about it. "
What happened next was caught on video, as Abbi spotted the crow flying alongside the cab, and the driver told her to take a biscuit and see if the crow would take it.
It turns out that some of the taxi drivers who call to the airport have found the crow likes the odd little treat - and the crow now associates a taxi sign with biscuits or bits of sandwich from parked-up drivers. Abbie points out that her cab driver observed safe driving rules at all times, was going slow and never took his eyes off the road.
"It was crazy, I didn't understand what the crow was doing flying so low next to the taxi but the driver told me to take a bit of biscuit and see if he'd take it off me - and he did!"
Abbie said it was 'just what I needed' after the flat tyre, no bus, no taxi situation. "I just couldn't stop laughing," she said.
The video has been a huge hit on TikTok with many comments thanking Abbie for sharing a lovely moment, and more than a few people saying her infectious laugh and her reaction to the little moment made their day.
