New York Giants linebacker Tae Crowder delivered a huge hit to Tennessee Titans star running back Derrick Henry during Sunday’s NFL game. Crowder, who was a seventh-round pick out of the University of Georgia in the 2020 NFL draft, finished the game as New York’s leading tackler with seven total tackles.
Crowder and the Giants defeated the Titans, 21-20. The Giants limited Henry and the Titans to 93 rushing yards on 26 carries.
Crowder’s hit came at a critical point in the game for New York. The Giants trailed 10-0 and the Titans were driving inside the red zone. However, New York force a Tennessee field goal attempt following Crowder’s big hit.
