One of the top prospects in this year’s draft class laced up with a member of the Golden State Warriors before draft week got underway. Top prospect Scoot Henderson joined his recently appointed mentor Steph Curry on the court at Stanford for a workout.
On Wednesday, a clip from Curry’s workout with Henderson surfaced showing the pair of guards getting up shots at Stanford’s gym in Palo Alto with Curry’s training staff at Accelerate Basketball.

Henderson and Curry recently partnered for a new membership and strategic alliance. Curry is set to support Henderson off the court as the soon to be rookie builds his brand.
Henderson spent the 2022-23 season in the G League with the Ignite team, averaging 16.5 points on 42.9% shooting from the floor with 6.5 assists, 5.4 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 30.7 minutes per game.
Henderson’s name has been popular at the top of NBA mock drafts behind France’s Victor Wembanyama. The 19-year-old guard likely won’t have to wait long to hear his name called in the first round of the 2023 draft.
The NBA draft is set for Thursday, June 22, 2023 in Brooklyn, New York.
