The Seattle Seahawks are locked in a defensive showdown with the Buffalo Bills on a rainy Week 8 game at Lumen Field. Despite the Bills having a clear advantage in total yardage, the game remains 7-3 in Buffalo’s favor.
However, the Seahawks have managed to keep it tight thanks to solid defense since the Bills’ opening drive. Easily the biggest play of the defense (so far) has been cornerback Josh Jobe intercepting Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen in the second quarter. It is the first interception Allen has thrown all year.

Allen has been known for being reckless with the ball at times, but has been exceptional at securing it better this year. However, this streak came to an end in Seattle.
Unfortunately, despite the fact Jobe returned the ball to Buffalo’s seven-yard line, the Seahawks were unable to get any points from the outstanding field position. Seattle decided to go for it on 4th-and-goal from the Bills’ one, and got stuffed. At the time of this article’s publication, Buffalo leads Seattle 7-3 with two minutes left in the half.
