The Baltimore Ravens expect a primary sophomore season out of wide receiver Zay Flowers. The former Boston College star had a phenomenal rookie year and put himself in the conversion for the team’s long-term No. 1 wideout option, assuming he stays on his current path.
Flowers will need to continue his momentum from his first NFL season to his second one if he wants to continue to break out. He recently was seen working out during his free time before training camp began, running up a hill and catching balls.

The Ravens hope to bounce back from their disappointing AFC Championship loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Flowers will need to be a big part of that for Baltimore, and he’s doing the work to be just that.
