Watch: Pat Cummins plays cricket with school kids in Hyderabad

NEW DELHI: Australian cricketers have always been popular in India. Steve Waugh and David Warner have called India their more than once and with many Aussie cricketers playing in the IPL, the country is indeed no less than a second home for them.

One such cricketer who is immensely popular in India is Australia captain Pat Cummins who led his team to ODI World Cup victory in India by 'silencing' and breaking a billion hearts of home fans.

Cummins was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 20.5 crore, banking on his match-winning abilities with both bat and ball.

Living up to his captaincy credentials, Cummins has led his team to the playoffs in the 2024 season.

Now a video is doing rounds on the internet where Cummins can be seen playing cricket with kids at a Zilla Parishad High School in Hyderabad.

The video has Cummins batting as a school boy bowls to him.

Sunrisers Hyderabad reached the IPL playoffs as their match against Gujarat Titans was abandoned due to rain.
